施用活性有机肥对烤烟生长和品质的影响

摘　　要：为筛选出活性有机肥与复合肥配施的最佳肥料配比,在云南红河州烟区进行了复合肥450kg/hm^2+活性有机肥60kg/hm^2,复合肥450kg/hm^2+活性有机肥85kg/hm^2,复合肥450kg/hm^2+活性有机肥110kg/hm^2对烤烟生长和品质的影响试验。结果表明:随活性有机肥用量增加,烤烟产量增加,且处理间差异显著(P<0.05);烟碱、总氮和钾离子含量提高,总糖和还原糖含量降低;香气质、香气量和使用价值呈先升高后降低趋势。综合农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶内在化学成分和感官评吸质量,烤烟种植以施复合肥450kg/hm^2+活性有机肥85kg/hm^2的效果最好,其产值、上等烟比例分别达53 475.75元/hm^2和68.67%。The effects of three active organic manure ＋ compound fertilizer ratios （450 kg/hm^2 compound fertilizer＋ 60 kg/hm^2 active organic manure, 450 kg/hm^2 compound fertilizer＋85 kg/hm^2 active organic manure ＋ 450 kg/hm^2compound fertilizer＋ 110 kg/hm^2 active organic manure） on growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied to screen the optimum ratio of active organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer for yield and quality improvement of flue-cured tobacco. Results： The yield of fluecured tobacco increases with increase of active organic manure and there is a significant difference （P〈0.05）in yield among three treatments. The content of nicotine, total nitrogen and potassium ion increases with increase of active organic manure. The content of total sugar and reducing sugar reduces with increase of active organic manure. The aroma quality, aroma amount and use value present the first rising and then declining trend with increase of active organic manure. The economic benefit of applying 450 kg/hm^2compound fertilizer＋85 kg/hm^2 active organic manure is the best according to comprehensive factors of agronomic trait, economic character, chemical components and smoking quality. The output value and first-class tobacco proportion of flue-cured tobacco under 450 kg/hm^2 compound fertilizer ＋ 85 kg/hm^2active organic manure can reach 53 475.75 Yuan/hm^2and 68. 67% respectively.
