即刻种植后即刻修复的短期临床观察

摘　　要：目的对拔牙即刻种植后即刻修复的效果进行临床评价。方法选取行即刻种植患者30例，微创拔除42颗无法保留的患牙后，即刻植入种植体，1周内完成临时固定修复，4～6个月后完成最终修复。随访观察，统计种植体的累积存留率、修复完成1年后牙龈乳头充盈指数（PIS）和患者的主观满意度。结果在观察期42枚种植体都获得有效的骨结合，种植体的累积存留率为100％，牙龈形态良好，PIS为3度者达到69％，患者主观满意度VAS值平均达90分。结论在严格掌握适应证的前提下，采用微创技术拔牙即刻种植后即刻修复，其修复效果是可预测的，短期临床效果满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of immediate implant placement and restoration after tooth extraction. Methods A total of 30 patients who underwent immediate implant placement were included into the current study. After minimally invasive extraction of teeth, they were immediately inserted with implants. The provisional fixed restorations were finished within one week, while the final restorations were finished within 4 to 6 months. All the patients were followed- up visited to record implant retention rate, papilla index score （PIS） and patient satisfaction. Results All the implants were conjugated well with the bone. The implant retention rate was 100% , with good gingival appearance. There were 69% of patients with Grade 3 in PIS. The patient average visual analogue scores （VAS） for satisfaction reached 90. Conclusions Based on strict control of indication, immediate implant placement and restoration after minimally invasive extraction of teeth can achieve good clinical efficacy in a short term.
