摘 要:针对现有的限流式混合直流断路器存在的损耗较高、控制难度较大的问题,对一种机械开关串小电感结构的直流断路器拓扑模型的工作原理、短路故障开断、控制保护策略等方面进行了研究。对该新型限流式混合直流断路器的拓扑结构进行了低电压等级的单元样机研发,并完成了样机平台的搭建。对样机中不同控制模块的处理流程进行了详细的分析和介绍。最终,通过一整套合理的控制策略,在样机上进行了断路器的正常分合闸及短路故障开断等相关验证性试验。研究结果表明,该新型限流式混合直流断路器能够凭借自身的优良特性,在短路换流过程中加速固态开关的导通,完成短路故障的快速有效切断,同时降低了断路器的设备复杂度和控制难度,具备明显的技术优势和成本优势。Aiming at the problems of high loss and difficulty in control of existing current-limit hybrid DC circuit breaker, the working principle, short-circuit fault breaking and control protection strategy of a DC circuit breaker topology with small inductance structure in series with mechanical switch was studied. The topology of the new type current-limit hybrid DC circuit breaker was developed, and its prototype plat- form was built. The processing of different modules in the prototype was analyzed and introduced in detail. Finally, through a reasonable control strategy, some verification tests such as normal switch breaking and short-circuit breaking was done on the prototype. The results indicate that the new current-limit hybrid DC circuit breaker has excellent characteristics of accelerating the conduction of solid state switch in shortcircuit commutation and cutting of the short-circuit fault quickly and effectively, at the same time, it also reduces the complexity and difficulty in control of the circuit breaker, and has obvious technical and cost advantages.
