新常态下的高校就业信息网建设

摘　　要：随着中国经济发展进入新常态,大学生就业将面临新的机遇和挑战。新形势下,高校就业工作的重点发生变化,从过去单纯重视提升就业率向更加重视提高就业质量的方向转变。高校就业信息网作为高校指导大学生就业的主阵地,在促进大学生就业方面发挥不可忽视的作用。本文认为,在新形势下高校必须更加重视自身就业信息网建设,充分发挥平台优势,积极宣传提升自身就业网站的影响力,完善创业指导功能,走与微媒体紧密结合的道路,加强互联互动和在线个性化就业咨询板块的建设,从而实现大学生更充分、更高质量的就业。Considering that China＇s economy has stepped into a period of new normal, we must realize that university students will meet new opportunities and challenges when looking for jobs. In this situation, universities shift their focus and gradually distract their attention from the employment rate to the employment quality. University employment information website, the main front to give employment guidance to students, holds the key to promoting the employment of university students. This thesis believes that, in order to realize high-quality employment in the new stage, more attention shall be paid to construct the university employment information website, and universities must actively improve the influence of their employment information website, take full advantage of the micro-media, perfect its function of entrepreneurship guidance and develop some new functions, such as online interaction between different parties and personalized employment counsel.
