摘　　要：随着新型城镇化建设的推进和实施,高职院校建筑工程技术专业人才培养方向更加明了。文章针对县域空间范围内建筑技术专业人才匮乏的现状,以培养职业职能精悍的区县域空间范围内建筑工程技术人才为目标,对县域空间范围内建筑工程技术人才培养体系进行了研究,并以全新的思维方式,探索、构建了县域空间范围内建筑工程技术专业人才的人才培养体系(包括教师队伍的形成、人才培养模式的确定以及实训基地的建设等)。The implementation and promoting of new urbanization have showed clearly direction to systematic construction of talents training in Architectural Engineering Technology. Aiming at existing situation of talents＇ shortage in Architectural Engineering Technology in the county land space and in order to bring up capable professional talents in Architectural Engineering Technology,this article makes a research on talents training system in Architectural Engineering Technology in the county land space. In a whole new way of thinking,it explores and builds a system of talents training in Architectural Engineering Technology in the country land space,including the building of teaching staff,the establishment of talents training system and construction of training bases,etc.
