摘  要:14-3-3蛋白家族是广泛存在于真核生物体内的一类小分子蛋白,其通过与配体蛋白结合,参与细胞信号转导、周期、凋亡、代谢、细胞骨架重组及细胞表型转化等重要生理活动的调节.目前研究显示,14-3-3蛋白的异常表达与诸多疾病的发生、发展密切相关.本文着重介绍了14-3-3蛋白的表达调控、生物学功能以及14-3-3蛋白在疾病中的作用.14-3-3 proteins are a family of highly conserved small proteins.By interacting with target proteins,14-3-3 proteins are involved in regulating multiple cellular processes,such as signal transduction,cell cycle regulation,apoptosis,cellular metabolism,cytoskeleton organization and malignant transformation.Mounting evidence suggests that 14-3-3 proteins play an important role in a wide variety of human diseases,such as human cancers and nervous system diseases.This review aims to summarize the current knowledge on the expression,regulation and biological function of 14-3-3 to highlight the role of 14-3-3 proteins in human diseases.
