不同职业癫痫患者焦虑与抑郁程度的比较

摘　　要：目的分析比较不同职业成年癫痫患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,为临床有效干预癫痫患者伴发抑郁与焦虑提供指导。方法按照入组和排除标准,选取北京市11家医院神经内科(癫痫中心)成年癫痫患者819例,填写人口学和临床学资料,采用广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)对其焦虑、抑郁水平进行测评。结果无职业癫痫患者抑郁、焦虑得分均显著高于有职业癫痫患者(P<0.05);自由职业癫痫患者抑郁得分显著高于固定职业癫痫患者(P<0.01);农民癫痫患者焦虑、抑郁得分显著高于学生、职工癫痫患者(P<0.05)。结论不同职业癫痫患者的焦虑、抑郁水平不同;应给与癫痫患者必要的社会支持和心理治疗。Objective To analyze the levels of depression and anxiety of adult patients with epilepsy from different walks of life. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,819 patients clinically diagnosed with epilepsy in eleven hospi- tals in Beijing were chosen as subjects who were asked to complete the case report form with inquiries on demographic data, social factors and illness. The patients＂ levels of depression and anxiety were assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 （ PHQ- 9 ） and Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale-7 （ GAD-7 ）. Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the unemployed group were higher than those in the employed group. The scores of depression of freelances were higher than among those with stable jobs. The scores of depression and anxiety of farmers were higher than those of students and workers. Conclusion Levels of depres- sion and of anxiety are different between adult epilepsy patients from different walks of life. Adult epilepsy patients should be giv- en necessary social support and psychological treatment.
