张伯礼院士治疗中风恢复期及后遗症期处方统计分析

摘　　要：目的:分析张伯礼院士治疗中风恢复期及后遗症期的处方,以总结其治疗中风病的部分用药规律。方法:将笔者跟师期间所抄录的处方共220进行建库整理,对处方的中药类别、频次等进行统计分析。结果:所用中药共计146种,中药应用总频次共计4194次;使用频次最高的前10位中药为珍珠母、黄芩、桑枝、当归、丹参、川芎、杜仲、大黄、天麻、知母;使用中药类别频次排前7位的依次是:清热药、补益药、活血药、祛风湿药、安神药、化痰止咳平喘药和利水渗湿药。结论:中风病机复杂,病理演变变化多端,张伯礼院士治疗中风病,善于根据病人具体的临床症状,在辨证分析中风病之风、火、痰、瘀、虚等基本病证要素的基础上遣方用药,效果显著。Objective：To analyze the prescription for recovery and sequelae stages of stroke of academician ZHANG Boli,and summarize part of his medication law for stroke.Methods：Building database for the copy notes of the author about the total 220 prescriptions of the academician,to analyze the classification and frequency of Chinese medicine in the prescription.Results：One hundred and forty- six Chinese medicine were used,and the total application frequency of Chinese medicine was 4194.The ten top Chinese medicine which were used most frequently were mother-of-pearl,Scutellaria,Ramulus Mori,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Salvia,Rhizome Chuanxiong,Cortex Eucommiae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Gastrodia elata and Rhizoma anemarrhenae.According to analyzing drugs frequency in category,indicates the forward seven is：antipyretics,tonics,promoting- circulation drug,wind- damp dispelling drugs,tranquilizers,drugs for resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs for disinhibiting water and percolating damp in turn.Conclusion：The pathogenesis of stroke is complicated,and the evolution of its pathology is diversified.Academician ZHANG Boli is good at prescription making and drug administration,based on the concrete clinical syndrome of patients and dialectical analysis of essential syndrome elements of stroke,such as wind,fire,phlegm,stasis and so on,which has remarkable efficacy.
