经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术吻合口堵塞25例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的观察经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口阻塞治疗的临床疗效。方法25例慢性泪囊炎患者，在经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术后，吻合口出现阻塞，运用泪道激光联合丝裂霉素C及妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏进行治疗。结果术后随访6个月，22例治愈，3例未愈，再次治疗后治愈。结论应用泪道激光联合丝裂霉素C及妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗，对于经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术后的吻合口阻塞是一种有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinic treatment effect of 25 patients with the anastomotic occlusion after endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy. Methods Twenty-five patients had anastomotic oc- clusion after endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy received lacrimal passage laser combined with Myto- mycin-C and Tobramycin and Dexarnethasone Ophthalmic Ointment. Results Follow-up continued for 6 months. Of 22 cases were cured. The other 3 cases were not after the first time treatment, but were cured after the secondary treatment. Conclusions Lacrimal passage laser combined with Myto- mycin-C and Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment is an effective method in treat- ing the anastomotic occlusion after endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy.
