超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术联合中医理疗对老年高血压脑出血患者神经功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术联合中医理疗对老年高血压脑出血患者神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法将94例老年高血压脑出血患者随机分为试验组47例和对照组47例。对照组给予超早期小骨窗微创穿刺引流术,试验组在上述治疗基础上给予中医理疗。观察2组治疗前及治疗6个月后神经功能评分、近期疗效、远期疗效和生活质量评分。结果治疗6个月后,2组神经功能损伤评分均显著低于入院时(P均<0.05),且试验组治疗后神经功能损伤评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗优良率及生活自理率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。试验组各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术联合中医理疗可显著提高老年高血压脑出血患者的近期和远期疗效,改善患者神经功能,提高生活自理率,改善生活质量。Objective It is to observe the effect of ultra early small bone window micro-traumatic hematomas cleaning operation combined with physical therapy of TCM on neural function and quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of senile hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 47 cases. The control group was treated with ultra early small bone window minimally invasire puncture drainage, the experimental group was given physical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment in the control group. The nerve function scores before treatment and in 6 months after treatment, recent curative effect and long-term curative effect and scores of life quality were observed in both groups. Results In 6 months after treatment, the nerve function injury score were significantly lower than that on admission （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the scores in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The excellent rate, independent living rate and scores of life quality of every items were significantly higher in experimental group than that in control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ultra early small bone window micro-traumatic hematomas cleaning operation combined with physical ther- apy of TCM could significantly improve recent and long-term curative effects on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients, which could improve nerve function and life quality and increase independent living rate.
