摘 要:对现代企业来说,工艺工作不仅仅只是设计与制造的桥梁,它贯穿于产品的全寿命周期,决定着产品最终成形,影响生产效率、成本及品质等。工艺规范化作为工艺工作的航标,显得极为重要。本文围绕企业工艺规范化体系建设,工艺标准的制定、实施和监督检查等工作的开展,面对航天装备建设的新常态,根据国家发展改革的各项措施结合现代管理理念提出开展工艺标准化的几点建议,以提高工艺工作的通用化、系列化、组合化。For modern enterprises, technology is not only the bridge of design and manufacturing but also the determining factor throughout the life cycle of product for the final product, production efficiency, cost and quality, etc. As the navigation mark of technology, standardization is extremely important. Embroidered on the construction of technology standardization system and the development, implementation and supervision of related standards, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the standardization of technology,in order to improve the generalization, serialization and combination of technology work in the new normal of space equipment construction, according to various measures for national development and reform combined with the modern management concepts.
