摘　　要：牛河梁红山文化遗址2012年第三次被列入《中国世界遗产预备名单》,作为世界文化遗产的必要条件,其普遍价值的揭示是下一轮申遗工作的关键所在。本文针对世界文化遗产对突出普遍价值的要求,从天文学视角揭示牛河梁遗址的科学普适性价值;从遗址的设计布局和选址理念诠释遗址的人文普遍性价值;从世界文化遗产的六项普遍价值标准对接牛河梁遗址的普遍价值。It＇ s the the third time that Niuheliang relic of Hongshan Culture has been listed in the ＂World Heritage List of China＂ in 2012,as a necessary condition for the world cultural heritage,revealing the universal value of the relic is the key to applying for the World Heritage List of China the next round.To highlight the universal value of the world cultural heritage,it reveals the Scientific and universal value of Niuheliang from the perspective of astronomy;It Interprets the human universal value of the relic from the design of layout and the selection of the site;It finds the universal value of the Niuheliang relic from the six universal value standard of world cultural heritage.
