摘 要:了解抽油杆运动对高分辨率含水率计传感器内持水率测量的影响,为含水率计现场测井结果的解释存在误差提供参考依据。利用FLUENT数值模拟的方法,将动网格技术引入到流场内部的数值模拟中,模拟计算结果与实际测井曲线对比,选择适合于模型的最佳参数;考察抽油杆运动对含水率计测量结果影响。计算结果表明,持水率随抽油杆运动呈周期性变化,抽油杆运动是测井资料呈现正弦曲线的一个重要因素;相同条件下,有抽油杆运动测量持水率高于无抽油杆运动测量持水率。Studying on the influence of the sucker rod movement on water holdup measurement with the high resolution conductance water cut meter can provide the references for correcting errors in the interpretations of logging results. The dynamic grid technology is introduced into the flow field numerical simulation,and by means of the FLUENT numerical simulation,the simulation and calculation results are compared with the actual logging curve,then the optimum parameters for the model are chosen,and the influence of the sucker rod movement on the moisture content measurement is investigated. The results show that the water holdup is periodically changed with the movement of the sucker rod,which is an important factor of the sine curve presentation of the logging results. With the same conditions,the measurement of the water holdup with the sucker rod movement is higher than without it.
