摘　　要：基于文献研究、问卷调查、深度访谈等多种研究方法,从现代农业建设主力军地位、女性农民职业化程度提高、女性管理的新型农业经营主体发展壮大、巾帼创业就业成就显著几个方面,总结了苏州女性农民对现代农业发展作出的突出贡献,剖析了苏州女性农民在现代农业建设中存在的突出问题及成因,提出通过提升女性农民的职业化程度,提高食品安全事务参与度,前置创业教育并激发创业动机,激励参与创意农业与特色小镇建设,着力解决农村电子商务发展瓶颈,来推动苏州女性农民参与现代农业的发展。Through the literature research, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, the author summa-rized the outstanding contributions made by the women farmers in Suzhou to the development of modem agriculture, such as serving as the main force of modem agriculture construction, increasing women farmers＂ professionalization, developing new agricultural companies managed by women, and then analyzed the main problems and causes of female farmers in the process of modern agricultural construction. The author put forward some counter- measures and suggestions to promote the participation of female farmers in modern agriculture in Suzhou ： to enhance the professionalism of female farmers, to promote the women＇s participation in modem agriculture, to improve their food safety affairs participation, to strengthen their pre-entrepreneurial education and stimulate their business-pioneering motivation, to encourage their participation in creative agriculture and the small characteristics town construction, to solve the bottleneck problem of rural E-commerce development.
