摘 要:针对机车轮箍踏面出现的鳞状缺陷,通过对故障轮箍取样检验。发现缺陷处存在热影响组织,说明缺陷形成经历了超过轮箍钢相变点的高温过程。高温拉伸试验表明轮箍材料强度在超过400℃后迅速下降,因此轮箍踏面表层在高温下受轮轨接触应力作用而发生塑性变形甚至开裂。这解释了缺陷的外貌特征、变形组织和内部裂纹。对照AAR标准,确认该缺陷为制动时车轮滑动造成的"踏面堆积"。For the squamous defects on locomotive wheel tread,the failure tyres are taken samples to test.The heat-affected structures are found in defects,and testify that defects undergo high temperature process over the phase transition temperature of the tyre steel.Tension tests in high temperatures show that the strength of the tyre steel rapidly drops when the temperature is over 400℃,thereby the tyre tread surface layer in the high temperature may plastically deform and crack under the wheel/rail contract stress.This accounts for the appearance characteristic,deformed structure and inside cracks of the defects.By referring to AAR standards,the defect is identified as the built-up tread which results from wheel sliding when braking.
