摘　　要：目的了解前列腺穿刺引导器穿刺活检标本与前列腺全切标本Gleason分级相关性。方法收集69例经前列腺穿刺引导器穿刺活检确诊为前列腺癌患者的临床资料,对比26例接受前列腺根治术的Gleason评分与穿刺标本Gleason评分的符合情况。结果 69例确诊患者中,35例非手术治疗,8例转院或失访,26例接受前列腺根治术,穿刺标本与根治术Gleason评分相比,一致17例(65.4%),升级4例(15.4%),降级5例(19.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺穿刺引导器穿刺活检Gleason评分与根治标本Gleason评分具有较好的一致性。经前列腺穿刺引导器穿刺活检标本Gleason评分对临床治疗方案的选择和预后判断具有重要参考价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between the Gleason grading of puncture biopsy specimens by prostate puncture guide and prostate radical resection specimens.Methods Clinical data of 69 patients who were diagnosed as prostate cancer by puncture biopsy by prostate puncture guide were collected.The correlation between the Gleason score in 26 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy and the Gleason score of the puncture specimens was compared.Results Of the 69 patients with diagnosed disease,35 patients were given non-surgical treatment,and 8 patients were referred to other hospitals or withdrawn.Among the 26 patients receiving radical prostate resection,the Gleason score of puncture specimens and radical specimens was compared,and there were 17 cases who were consistent（65.4%）,4 cases who were upgrade（15.4%） and 5 cases who were degrade（19.2%） respectively,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Gleason score of puncture biopsy specimens by prostate puncture guide and the Gleason score of prostate radical resection specimens have favorable consistency.The Gleason score of puncture biopsy specimens by prostate puncture guide is of important reference value for the selection and prognosis judgment of clinical treatment protocol.
