柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合艾司西酞普兰治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合艾司西酞普兰治疗肿瘤后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的130例肿瘤后抑郁患者采用随机数字表法,随机分为治疗组65例和对照组65例。治疗组给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤中药治疗,3次/d,100 ml/次。同时给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每次早上10 mg口服。对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片,每次早上10 mg口服。连续治疗8周,8周后统计两组患者的HAMD量表积分、临床疗效及药物的副作用。统计两组患者治疗前后生活质量的变化。结果治疗后两组患者HAMD量表积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率89.23%,对照组总有效率73.85%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物副作用的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合艾司西酞普兰治疗肿瘤后抑郁优于对照组,药物副作用明显减少,能明显改善肿瘤后抑郁患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on post-tumor depression treated with chaihu jia longgu muli tang and escitalpram. Methods One hundred and thirty patients of post-tumor depression,collected according to the inclusive criteria were randomized into a treatment group（65 cases） and a control group（65 cases）. In the treatment group,chaihu jia longgu muli tang was used,three times a day,100 ml each time and escitalpram tablets were prescribed every morning,10 mg,oral administration. In the control group,escitalpram tablets were prescribed every morning,10 mg,oral administration. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. In 8 weeks,HAMD score,clinical effects and side effects were analyzed statistically. The living quality was compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,HAMD score was significantly different between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 89. 23% in the treatment group and was 73. 85% in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the living quality was different significantly between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of side effects was different significantly between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined medication of chaihu jia longgu muli tang and escitalpram achieves the superior effects on post-tumor depression as compared with the control group. The combined medication apparently reduces the side effects,relieves the depressive conditions after tumor and improves patient＇s living quality.
