摘 要:将移动学习和信息查询行为二者结合进行研究,结果将为高校职能部门提高移动学习服务效率和质量提供依据。采用实证研究方法,对高校学术用户移动学习信息查询行为的学科、年龄、职称3个影响因素进行研究。结果表明,不同学科是影响用户信息查询行为差异最小的因素,信息意识和信息评价维度几乎没有影响,仅在信息获取和信息利用方面有较小的影响。副教授在信息意识、信息获取、信息评价、信息利用四个维度优势显著,仅在信息评价方面逊色教授,其它维度均高于讲师和教授。35~50岁用户信息查询行为的多个维度高于其它年龄段的用户。This article studied the mobile learning and information search behavior,the results provided a basis for the functional departments of the university to improve the efficiency and quality of mobile learning services. This article used empirical research methods,studied the academic user mobile learning information inquiry behavior of the subject,age,title of the three factors. The results showed that different disciplines were the factors that affect the users' information search behavior. The information consciousness and the information evaluation dimensions had little influence on the information acquisition and information utilization. Associate professor in information awareness,information access,information evaluation,information utilization of the four dimensions of significant advantages,only in terms of information evaluation of the professor,other dimensions were higher than the lecturer and professor. 35-50 years old user information query behavior of multiple dimensions was higher than other age groups of users.
