摘　　要：临床护理师资队伍建设是护理学专业临床教学实习基地管理中的重要环节,应注重严格选拔和培养高素质教师,规范护理临床教学、营造浓厚的护理人文环境,运用多种途径提升临床教师的教学意识、教学质量及科研能力,并将其纳入其所属科室的绩效考核中,构建医院和学校一致性的实习基地教学体系。Cultivating qualified clinical nursing teachers plays an important part in the management of nursing clinical teaching practice base. The focus should be on the rigorous seleetiing and training high - quality teachers, standardizing the clinical teaching of nursing, creating a humane environment and using various methods to improve clinical teachers＇ teaching consciousness, teaching quality and research ability. All of these should be integrated into their performance evaluation to build a teaching practice base in accordance with hospitals and schools.
