肺癌、淋巴瘤同时性双原发癌1例并文献复习

摘　　要：重复癌又称多原发性恶性肿瘤(MPMT),系肿瘤患者中较为少见的疾病,本病的误诊误治在临床上也时有发生;本文报道肺、淋巴同时性双原发癌一例回顾学习有关文献,旨在强调提高本病诊断意识的重要性,以期提高本病临床早期诊断率与本病患者生存期和生存率。Repeated Carcinoma, also named Multiple Primary Malignant Tumor is a less common disease suffered by cancer patients. Misdiagnoses and therapeutic errors occur occasionally in clinic. A case of synchronous double primary malignant of the lung and lymphonodus was reported in this article, and related literatures was reviewed, to emphasize the importance of improving the awareness of its diagnosis, in order to improve the early diagnosis rate of the disease and the survival time and rate of the patients with MPMT.
