摘 要:目的探讨50岁以上年龄相关性白内障患者的眼生物学参数分布情况及其相关性。方法采用横断面研究,收集997例年龄相关性白内障患者,采用光学相生物测量仪(IOL Master)对术前年龄相关性白内障患者进行眼生物学参数测量。结果 997例年龄相关性白内障患者眼轴长度均值为(23.16±0.83)mm,前房深度均值为(2.98±0.40)mm,水平角膜曲率均值为(43.78±1.59)D,垂直角膜曲率均值为(44.82±1.68)D,眼轴长度、前房深度随年龄增长而减少(P<0.05),水平及垂直角膜曲率随年龄增长而变陡(P<0.05)。男性眼轴长度、前房深度均值大于女性(P<0.05);女性水平及垂直角膜曲率均值均大于男性(P<0.05)。眼轴长度与前房深度呈正相关性(r=0.398,P<0.05),与角膜曲率呈负相关性(r=-0.594,P<0.05);前房深度与角膜曲率呈负相关性(r=-0.112,P<0.05)。结论 50岁以上年龄相关性白内障患者随年龄增长眼轴长度和前房深度呈递减趋势,而角膜曲率逐渐递增。应用IOL Master可以准确测量年龄相关性白内障患者眼生物学参数。Objective To investigate the age - related ocular biometric parameters in and their associations in Age - related cata- ract patients with 50 years or older. Methods Cross - sectional survey observational was studied. 997 age - related cataract patients were collected from Ningxia Eye Hospital. Ocular parameters including axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD), horizontal corneal curvature (K1) and vertical corneal curvature (K2) of the patients were measured by IOL Master and the data were analyzed. Results The mean axial was length of (23.16 ± 0.83 ) ram, mean anterior chamber was depth of (2.98 ± 0.40) ram, mean horizontal corne- al curvature was of(43.78 ± 1.59)D, mean vertical corneal curvature was of(44.82 ± 1.68 )D respectively. The axial length and anterior chamber depth decease with age,while horizontal corneal curvature and vertical corneal curvature show steady increase (P 〈 0.05 ). Male subjects had significantly longer AL, deeper ACD (P 〈 0.05 ), and female subjects had significantly steeper corneal curvature (P 〈 0.05 ). AL was correlated positively with ACD (r = 0.398, P 〈 0.005 ) and showed negatively correlation with corneal curvature (r = -0.594 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Anterior chamber depth was correlated negatively with corneal curvature ( r = - 0.112,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion It is shown the de- clining of the axial length and anterior chamber depth with the age increasing,while the increase of the corneal curvature with age. Using IOL master can accurately measure ocular biometrie parameters.
