摘　　要：通过刘洪庆先生对我国杰出的播音艺术家、播音学教授齐越先生以"做人为先、注重实践、良师益友"为职业信条的播音生涯的回忆及总结,展现了老一辈播音员的职业素养与人文情操,以期为当代传媒从业者树立精神榜样。This article reveals Liu, Hongqing＇ s memory of Professor Qi Yue, an outstanding broadcasting artist and professor in China, whose professional principle is ＂to be a good person first, a man of practice and a good mentor＂. This article shows the professional quality and humanity of the earliest broadcasters. The purpose of this article is to set a good example for contemporary media practitioners.
