展览对社会创业的支撑作用:相关文献综述和框架建立  

On Exhibition Supporting Social Entrepreneurship:Literature Review and Framework Establishment

摘　　要：在大众创业背景下,如何保证创业成功成为各方关注的焦点。文章在文献梳理的基础上,归纳了展览的功能和创业活动的主要问题,认为展览至少可以在创业者(或团队)产生、创业立项、产品销售和企业持续发展过程中解决创业者的教育、创业机会的确定、创业资源的组织、创业模式选择、创业环境改变和创业绩效提高等关键问题。为此建议:创业者应当自始至终重视展览的各项功能,政府应当鼓励和支持创业者作为观众或展商积极参与展览活动,未来研究应当重点关注创业者如何作为观众从展览中获得支持。In the social entrepreneurial background,how to ensure ventures success has been concerned.On the basis of literatures review,the exhibition functions and the main issues of entrepreneurial activities were summarized.The authors believe that exhibition could solve the problems about entrepreneur education,opportunity confirmation,resources integration,business model selection,environment changing and sustainable development in the process of entrepreneur/team generation,project approval,product selling and performance improvement.The authors recommend that：entrepreneurs should pay sustained attention to the functions of exhibition; governments should encourage and support entrepreneur as visitor or exhibitor to participate in exhibitions; future research should focus on how to make entrepreneur audiences get entrepreneurial support from exhibitions.
