梵净山国家级自然保护区两栖动物多样性及区系组成

摘　　要：为进一步了解梵净山国家级自然保护区两栖动物的资源状况,促进保护区的有效管理,于2012年8月至2015年10月采用样线法、访谈法和诱捕法等方法多次对梵净山国家级自然保护区两栖动物进行系统调查,并运用相似系数对梵净山、雷公山和佛顶山3个保护区两栖动物的相似性进行比较分析。结果表明:梵净山保护区至今已记录到两栖动物42种(亚种),隶属2目9科21属;其中,川南短腿蟾(Brachytarsophrys chuannanensis)、宜章臭蛙(Odorrana yizhangensis)和寒露林蛙(Rana hanluica)为贵州省两栖类新纪录,崇安湍蛙(Amolops chunganensis)为保护区两栖类新纪录。区内两栖动物区系组成以东洋界物种占绝对优势,共计35种,古北界东洋界广布种7种。在物种相似性上,梵净山与雷公山两栖动物物种相似性为0.68;梵净山与佛顶山两栖动物物种相似系数为0.61。To learn the details of the resource conditions of amphibians in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve（FNNR） and promote its efficient management, diversity of amphibian has been surveyed from August 2012 to October 2015 by line-transect method, interview with local residents and crab trap, and comparative study of amphibian species similarity of Fanjingshan, Leigongshan and Fodingshan National Nature Reserve by similarity coefficient. Results. This survey revealed 42 species （including subspecies） of amphibians, which belonging to 21 genera, 9 families, and 2 orders in the FNNR. According to the records, three species including Brachytarsophrys chuannanensis, Odorrana yizhangensis and Rana hanluica are new records in Guizhou Province while Amolops chunganensis is newly recorded in FNNR. Among the these species, 35 kinds of 42 species belong to the Oriental Realm while 7 of them to the widespread. In addition, the amphibian species similarity of the Fanjingshan and Leigongshan National Nature Reserve is 0.68 and the Fanjingshan and Fodingshan National Nature Reserve is 0.61.
