摘 要:韩非子的君子思想,主要体现在以下几个方面:从功利标准和后天养成,打破了君子身份的世袭论;对君子处境,尤其是逆境有辨证的认识;强调君子的法治观念和知识修养;主张君子应该具备的道德包括仁、义、礼、智等方面。但是,我们看到韩非子的君子概念十分混乱,其思想体系逻辑上存在不少矛盾,如对于君子之礼,肯定和否定并存,不能前后一贯等。历史的局限性,在韩非子身上也不能避免。Han Feizi' s gentleman thought, mainly reflected in the following aspects: by developing from the utilitarian standard and the everyday study, he broke the gentleman identity hereditary theory; on a situation viewpoint, especially unhappy condition, he understood dialectically; he emphasized the knowledge of gentleman concept of rule of law; that gentlemen should possess moral benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, and intelligence, etc. However, we see rule of law Han Feizi's concept is very chaotic, there are many contradictions in the ideological system of logic, such as courtesy with affirmation and negation, not consistent. The historical limitation, also can't be avoided in Han Feizi.
