摘　　要：普通院校艺术教育的目标和宗旨是除了传授艺术知识之外,还要培养并提升学生的艺术素养和艺术实践能力。对此,各大普通院校的艺术教育课程体系要更全面、更系统、更有层次。通过信息技术的应用,从教学信息化建设、网络教材信息化构建、信息化艺术实践能力培养等角度来实现对普通院校艺术教育课程体系的立体化建设。Art education of colleges and universities from the goals and objectives is the art in addition to imparting knowledge, but also cultivate and improve the art accomplishment and practice ability of students. To this, the art education of ordinary colleges curriculum system to be more comprehensive, more systematic, more levels. From teaching through the application of information technology, informationization, network, teaching material construction of the informatization and informatization art practice ability training to implement for ordinary colleges and universities of three-dimensional art education curriculum system construction.
