摘  要:目的调查高中生心肺复苏术(CPR)知识、态度、自我效能和施救意愿。方法采用方便取样方法随机选取824名高中生为调查对象。采用自行设计的问卷对调查对象进行调查,包括人口学资料、CPR知识、既往培训经历、施救意愿和自我效能。结果高中生CPR知识总分为(3.46±1.85)分,与有过培训经历、积极的施救意愿和高CPR施救自我效能呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查对象对家人实施CPR、胸外心脏按压和人工呼吸的意愿均高于对陌生人的施救意愿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CPR施救自我效能总分为(7.23±1.89)分,与有过培训经历、高知识总分和积极的施救意愿呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高中生CPR知识和施救自我效能水平低,对家人的施救意愿明显比对陌生人高。培训能提高公众CPR知识、施救意愿和自我效能。【Objective】To investigate the knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy and willingness to rescue of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in high school students.【Methods】A total of 824 high school students were randomly selected for the survey. Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the subjects, including demographic data, CPR knowledge, past training experiences, willingness to rescue and self-efficacy.【Results】The total score of CPR knowledge of high school students was(3.46±1.85) points, which was positively correlated with training experience, active rescue willingness and high CPR rescue selfefficacy(P 0.05). The willingness of implementing CPR, chest compressions and artificial respiration on family members was higher than that on strangers(P 0.05). The total score of self-effi cacy in implementing CPR was(7.23±1.89) points, which was positively correlated with training experience, higher knowledge score and the willingness to rescue. The difference was statistically signifi cant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】The level of knowledge and self-effi cacy of implementing CPR of high school students was low, and the rescue willingness on family members was signifi cantly higher than that on strangers. Training can increase public's awareness of CPR, rescue willingness and self-effi cacy.
