摘  要:随着人们生活水平的提高,急性脑梗死的发病率呈逐渐升高的趋势,然而本病缺少有效的治疗手段,预防是降低本病发病率的关键。然而在积极控制一些危险因素后,仍有部分患者发生急性脑梗死,提示仍然有未知的危险因子未被人们所重视。国内外学者通过大量的调查研究发现,高半胱氨酸血症和某些基因多态性与急性脑梗死关系密切,本文对此进行了综述。With the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of acute cerebral infarction is gradually increasing. As a result of the absence of effective treatments, prevention is the key to reducing the incidence of this disease. However, there are still some patients with acute cerebral infarction, which suggests that in addition to the known risk factors, there are still some unknown risk factors should be valued. After a large number of researches and studies, international and domestic scholars find a close relation on hyperhomocysteinemia, genetic polymorphisms and acute cerebral infarction. This article explains this in detail.
