摘　　要：硅片是最重要的半导体材料,集成电路芯片和传感器是基于半导体单晶硅片制造而成。硅片的供应与价格的变动情况将对整个IC芯片产业造成非常大的影响。分析全球硅晶圆片的供给与需求以及价格的变动情况,发现未来几年内,供不应求的局面将继续上演。硅片产能的扩张速度将低于IC晶圆制造的需求增速,这为硅晶圆片产业的投资带来新的机遇。The silicon chip is the most important semiconductor material,and the integrated circuit chip and the sensor are based on the manufacture of semiconductor silicon wafer. Silicon wafer supply and price changes will have a great impact on the entire IC chip industry. By analysis of the global silicon wafer supply and demand and price changes,we found that the supply situation will continue to be staged within the next few years. The rate of expansion of the wafer production capacity will be lower than the IC wafer manufacturing demand growth, bringing new opportunities for the silicon wafer industry investment.
