摘　　要：对草菇(Volvariella volvacea)的化学成分、生物活性及栽培现状研究进行论述。草菇含有丰富的粗纤维、氨基酸、维生素和矿物质等营养成分,也包含多糖、特异性蛋白、甾醇和三萜等活性成分;具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化以及抗菌等生物活性。同时对草菇实用的栽培方式进行概述,为进一步研究其化学成分及生物活性提供了基础数据。Research on the Volvariella volvacea chemical composition, biological activity and the cultivation Breeding. Mushrooms are rich in nutrients crude fiber, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, also contains polysaccharides, specific proteins, sterols and triterpenoids and other active ingredients, and have immunomodulatory, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-bacterial and other biological activity. Meanwhile, sum up the Volvariella volvacea cultivation, to provide basic data for further study of its chemical composition and biological activity.
