摘 要:建立了一种采用超高效液相色谱等度洗脱法(Ultra performance liquid chromatography-isocratic elution,UPLC-IE)分析无烟气烟草制品及卷烟烟丝中8种重要羰基化合物的方法。使用4%乙酸水溶液于80℃水浴振荡萃取主要羰基化合物,采用0.1%甲酸水溶液-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液(50︰50,V/V)为流动相,使用超高效液相色谱等度洗脱法进行分离。结果表明:(1)8种羰基化合物在0.02~10.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(R^2>0.999),加标回收率在80%~103%之间,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)小于9.0%,检出限(LOD)为0.14~0.25 mg/kg。(2)该方法检测时间显著缩短。(3)该方法更符合绿色分析要求。(4)4个无烟气烟草制品中甲醛、乙醛和丙酮均有检出,丙烯醛在部分样品中有检出,丙醛、巴豆醛、丁酮和丁醛在CRP1、CRP2和CRP3中均未检出;11个卷烟烟丝中8种羰基化合物均有不同程度检出。An ultra performance liquid chromatography-isocratic elution(UPLC-IE) method was developed for the analysis of 8 carbonyl compounds in smokeless tobacco products and cigarette filler. The 8 carbonyl compounds were extracted with 4% acetic solution by bath at 80 ℃. After derivated with DNPH solution, the 8 carbonyl compounds were analyzed by UPLC-IE with the recovery at the range of 80% to 103% at three spike levels with relative standard deviation less than 9.0%. All of the 8 carbonyl compounds had good linear relationship(R2〉0.999) between 0.02-10.00 mg/L. The minimum detectable quantity for the carbonyls ranged from 0.14 to 0.25 mg/kg. 4 smokeless tobacco products and 11 kinds of cigarette filler were analyzed by this method. The results showed that 8 carbonyl compounds were both find in smokeless tobacco products and cigarette filler. Compared with common analytical method, less time was needed, and less toxic organic solvent was used too. In sum, this method was environmental-friendly.
