摘  要:用乙醇浸提法提取葛根饮料中的黄酮类化合物。利用紫外可见分光光度法,以芦丁作为标准品,对其进行络合显色,在波长510 nm处快速测定提取物中总黄酮的含量。该方法与保健食品方法进行比较,平均加标回收率分别为98.87%和97.82%。采用乙醇浸提法测定快速、准确、重复性和再现性均好,回收率更高。应用于实际样品的测定,可以获得满意的结果。Flavonoids in pueraria beverage were extracted by ethanol extraction. Using rutin as standard for complexing reaction, total flavonoids in the extract were determined rapidly by UV Vis spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm. Compare this method and health food method, as a result, the average recovery rate of both of them was 98.87% and 97.82%. It showed that extracting flavonoids in pueraria beverage by ethanol extraction was better in shortening the length of the detection, accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility. Put this method into practice could obtain satisfactory results.
