摘 要:我国公路大件运输在确保货物安全方面,基本上以实际的工程项目经验和理论公式验算为评判标准,并且大部分相关研究将重点放在大件货物的外廓尺寸通过性上。提出了一种基于ADAMS/Car的货物安全仿真分析方法,首先分析了公路大件运输过程中影响货物安全的因素,然后在ADAMS/Car中建立大件运输车货系统模型及三维路面模型,并在建立的路面模型中对车货系统进行动力学仿真分析。通过仿真结果与试验结果对比分析,确定出垂向加速度影响大件运输货物安全性这一关键因素,并在ADAMS中对此影响因素进行了频谱和功率谱特性验证,得到了通过改变货物装载方式等方式可对货物安全隐患进行规避,从而提高大件货物运输的安全性。In terms of securing cargo safety during transportation on highway in China,the engineering practical experience and theoretical formula verification are basically the justification standard,and furthermore most studies focus on how to pass the configuration sizes of large freight cargo.In this paper,a simulation and analysis method of large-cargo highway transportation is proposed based on ADAMS/Car.Firstly,the factors of affecting the cargo safety are analyzed,and then a three-dimensional model of vehicle-cargo system and the road surface is built in Adams/Car,and dynamic simulation and analysis are made in the established road surface model.By means of comparisons and analysis to the simulated results and tested results,it is found that the vertical acceleration affects the cargo transportation safety,and the influence factor is verified in terms of Spectrum and power spectral characteristics in ADAMS,and it is drawn that changing the loading method can avoid cargo safety which can improve the safety of transportation.
