摘 要:目的了解2015-2016年湖北省动物来源和病人来源沙门菌耐药情况。方法对2015-2016年从湖北动物源食品分离的67株沙门菌和从病人分离的99株沙门菌分别做药物敏感试验,比较其耐药率及多重耐药谱。结果 67株动物来源沙门菌均对亚胺培南(IMI)敏感,对其余13种抗生素均有一定程度耐药性,对四环素(TET)耐药率最高(61.19%);99株病人来源沙门菌对14种抗生素均有一定程度耐药,对头孢唑林(FAZ)耐药率最高(79.80%);统计分析显示,动物来源沙门菌对环丙沙星(CIP)、奈啶酸(NAL)、庆大霉素(GEN)耐药率高于病人来源沙门菌(P<0.05),对氨苄西林(AMP)、氨苄西林舒巴坦(A/2S)、头孢唑林(FAZ)耐药率低于病人来源沙门菌(P<0.05);动物来源与病人来源沙门菌多重耐药情况相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同来源沙门菌优势耐药谱存在差异。结论湖北省动物来源和病人来源沙门菌耐药性均很严重,在少数几种抗生素耐药率及耐药谱上存在差异,提示可能是受不同环境中抗生素选择性压力以及耐药基因传播机制所致。Objective To understand the source of hubei province from 2015 to 2016. Methods The 67 strains ofsalmonella from the food of animal origin and the 99 isolates from clinical patients during 2015-2016 in Hubei province were tested for drug susceptibility, and their drug resistance and drug resistance spectrum were compared and analyzed. Results 67 strains of salmonella of animal origin were sensitive to IMI, but resistant to to other 13 kinds of antibiotics, the resistance to TET, among which to the isolates showed the highest resistance to TET (61.19%). 99 strains of salmonella patient source had a certain degree resistance to all 14 kinds of antibiotics, to FAZ, the highest percentages of 79.80%. Statistical analysis shows that animal source of salmonella has higher resistance percentages of CIP, NAL and GEN than the patient source of salmonella (P〈0.05), and lower resistance percentages of AMP, A/2S and FAZ(P〈0.05). There is no statistical difference in multidrug resistance between isolates from animals and those from patients (P〉0.05). Different source of salmonella has different advantage type drug resistance distribution. Conclusion The drug resistance situation of Salmonella from both sources were very serious. Animal source of salmonella and patient source of salmonella has differences in a few antibiotic resistance and multiple drug-resistant spectrum, the different may be affected by different selection pressure and genetic transmission mechanism.
