摘  要:生物体内均含有生物酶,生物酶既是生命活动的产物,又是生命必不可少的条件之一。具有生物催化功能的生物大分子(生物酶)在不同浓度和不同温度条件下,对各种各样的生化反应有重要的影响。无论酶的化学组成主要是蛋白质(蛋白类酶P-酶)还是核糖核酸(核酸类酶R-酶),作为催化剂与非酶催化相比,均有专一性强、催化效率高、条件温和等特点。通过对温度和浓度的对比研究,发现了对湿菌体氨基酸衍生物生物酶酶活的影响,当温度变化30℃或酶浓度增加3倍时,在相同的超声破碎条件下,酶活均降低90%以上,酶活衰减直接影响了氨基酸及其衍生物的催化功能。Biological organisms contain both biological enzymes, biological enzymes is the product of life activities, but also one of the essential conditions of life.The biological macromolecules (biological enzymes) with biocatalytic fimction have important effects on various biochemical reactions under different concentration and temperature conditions.Whether the chemical composition of the enzyme is mainly protein (proteinase P-enzyme) Or ribonucleic acid (nucleic acid enzyme R-enzyme), as a catalyst and non-enzyme catalysis compared to have specificity, high catalytic efficiency, mild conditions and so on.In this experiment, we studied the effects of temperature and concentration on the activity of the enzyme of the amino acid derivatives of the wet bacteria.When the temperature was changed by 30 ℃ or the enzyme concentration was increased by 3 times, under the same ultrasonic crushing conditions, The average activity decreased by more than 90%, and the decay of enzyme activity directly affected the catalytic function of amino acids and their derivatives.
