摘  要:基于Arrhenius方程设计实验对自制降酚菌剂进行了有效期测定,以菌剂降酚速率为指标,设定最低降酚速率为300mg/(L·d)以下时菌剂失效,将菌剂在极端保存条件下测定了菌剂的保存时间。通过Arrhenius方程建立lnk与1/t的线性关系,从而外推室温(25℃)下k的数值,代入一级动力学公式,从而得到菌剂在室温下的有效期为13个月。该结果与长期稳定实验结论一致。The phenol degrading bacteria on the determination of the validity of self-made experimental design based on Arrhenius equation, the microbial degradation rate as the index, set the rainimum degradation rate was 300rag/ (L-D) agent failure when the agents in the extreme conditions will be determined inoculum preservation time.The linear relationship between the establishment of InK and 1/T by Arrhenius equation, push from outside the room temperature (25 DEG C) value of K, then a first-order formula, so as to obtain the effective agent at room temperature for 13 months.The results are consistent with the restflts of long-term stability experiments.
