摘　　要：目的分析乳腺神经内分泌癌的临床、影像学表现及病理特征,提高对此肿瘤的认识。方法搜集经手术病理证实的9例乳腺原发性神经内分泌癌的临床、X线及超声表现并与病理对照分析。结果 9例临床均表现为肿块,伴乳头溢血3例。X线表现:4例为边缘清晰肿块,2例为边缘星芒状肿块,3例为局灶性不对称,其中1例伴恶性钙化。超声表现:9例均为不均质低回声肿块,椭圆形1例,不规则形8例;边界清晰5例,模糊4例。病理8例为实性癌,1例为大细胞癌,其中2例伴黏液分化;Luminal A型3例,B型6例。结论乳腺原发性神经内分泌癌临床多表现为肿块及乳头溢血,影像学表现无特异性,确诊需病理检查。Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging features of breast neuroendocrine carcinoma and pathological manifestations so as to improve the understanding of this tumor. Methods The clinical,X-ray and ultrasound findings of 9 cases of pathologically confirmed breast Neuroendocrine Carcinoma were collected from January 2009 to December 2015.The imaging and pathological features were then compared. Results 9 cases of a breast mass,3 cases with nipple bloody discharge,4 patients with clear edge mass on X-ray,2 cases showed stellate edge tumor,3 cases showed focal asymmetry,including 1 case with malignant calcification; 9 cases in ultrasound showed heterogeneous hypoechoic mass,one of them is ellipsoid,8 cases had an irregular shape,5 cases had a clear boundary,4 cases had indistinct borders; 8 of 9 cases were solid carcinoma which was proven by pathology,the other one case was a large cell carcinoma,including 2 cases with mucinous differentiation. 3 cases were lumina type A and 6 cases were type B. Conclusion Clinical manifestations of breast primary neuroendocrine carcinoma are often a breat mass and nipple bloody discharge. Imaging findings are nonspecific and diagnosis needs to be confirmed pathologically.
