摘　　要：逆向嵌入发达国家创新网络是企业创新国际化的重要途径。本文通过梳理背景和意义、企业逆向国际化理论解释,以及网络嵌入与企业创新关系、跨国公司网络创新与母公司控制的关系、企业逆向嵌入创新等方面的研究文献,对企业海外逆向网络创新的相关研究文献进行了一个较为系统而全面的综述,并在此基础上分析了目前研究中的不足、启示及未来的研究方向。Reverse embedding innovation network of developed countries is an important way for the internationalization of Chinese enterprises. By analyzing the research background and significance of the problem, the explanation of enterprise reverse internationalization theory, the relationship between network embedding and enterprise innovation, the relationship between multinational network innovation and control of parent company, the innovation of enterprise reverse embedding and other aspects, this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive review of relevant literature, analyzes the inadequacies in previous works, and finally proposes the revelation and directions for future research.
