协同创新视角下闽台职业教育交流与合作探索

摘  要:协同创新是创新资源与创新要素的有效组合。闽台职业教育交流与合作是海峡两岸教育交流与合作的重要内容,闽台两地在职业教育领域各有特色与优势,具有较强的互补性。基于协调创新理念的闽台职业教育协同创新交流与合作具有深厚的历史渊源、制度和法律保障,是闽台两地经济文化和"双师双能型"师资队伍的发展需要。为了进一步促进闽台职业教育的交流与合作,应该加强构建学科专业协同机制、建立课程建设协同机制、依法推进校企合作协同机制与完善"双师双能"为主体的师资队伍运行机制的协作设想。Collaborative innovation is an effective combination of innovation resources and ele- ments. The vocational education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan is an important content of cross-strait cooperation in the education. Both sides have different characteristics and advan- tages in the field of vocational education, and thus having strong complementarity. Based on the coordi- nation of the concept of innovation, the vocational education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan have a long history under the legal protection by laws or regulations. They are the needs and requirements for developments of civilization and the "double double" faculty construction. In order to promote vocational education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, we need to build or improve a series of mechanisms, including the collaborative mechanism of academic disci- plines, curriculum construction coordination mechanism, university-enterprise cooperation coordination mechanism in accordance with the law and the "double double" faculty operation mechanism.
