胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的表达及其与病理学行为的相关性

摘　　要：[目的]探讨胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的表达及其与病理学行为的相关性.[方法]利用免疫组织化学方法检测121例胃癌和39例正常胃组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的表达水平.[结果]121例胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的阳性表达率分别为74.4%,19.8%和47.9%,在39例正常胃组织中分别为0%,76.9%和15.4%;与正常组织比较,胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白阳性表达率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001).胃癌病理学行为相关性研究结果显示,胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的阳性表达率与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌病理学分级、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及远处转移具有显著相关性(P<0.05).[结论]p53,p16和P-gp蛋白在胃癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用;p53,p16和P-gp蛋白可作为胃癌诊断及预后判定的指标.OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of p53,p16 and P-gp proteins in gastric carcinoma tissue and its correlation with pathological behavior. METHODS Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the levels of p53,p16 and P-gp proteins in 121 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and 39 cases of normal gastric tissues. RESULTS The positive rates of p53,p16 and P-gp proteins were 74. 4%, 19.8% and 47.9% respectively in 121 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues, and were 0%, 76.9% and 15.4% in 39 cases of normal gastric tissues. As compared with the normal gastric tissues, the difference of the expressions of p53,p16 and P-gp proteins in gastric carcinoma tissues was significant （P〈0. 001）. The results of pathological behavior of the gastric carcinoma tissues showed that the positive rates of p53, p16 and P-gp proteins in the gastric carcinoma tissues were not related to the gender, age and the size of the tumor（P〉0.05）, but were significantly correlated with the pathological grading, infiltrating degree, lymph node and distant metastasis of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION p53, p16 and P-gp proteins played an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma, they could be used as an important diagnostic and prognostic indicators for gastric carcinoma .
