摘  要:医学人文教育与医学专业教育的融合是高等医学教育发展的必然趋势和要求。本文旨在就中美医学本科教育在实验实习阶段培养人文精神的教育理念、教育内容和课程设置、师资管理和教材建设、教育过程和方法以及评价机制等方面作简要比较,强调其差异。同时提出建议和思考,以期探讨我国医学本科本科教育在实验实习阶段培养人文精神的改革方向。The fusion of medical humanistic education and medical professional education is the inevitable trend and requirements of higher medical education. By analysis and comparison,this paper introduces some successful methods abroad from four aspects,such as the training goal,the training content,the management of clinical teachers,the evaluation methods and the teaching staff,which could be absorbed and used by us. It illustrated the necessity and importance for further research and development of this field in our country.
