摘　　要：学生社区是加强高校学生党建工作和思想政治教育的重要阵地。面对个性飞扬的90后大学生,必须改进现有的学生社区党建工作模式,贯通鸿沟,集中资源,办出一些凝聚关注的品牌活动。本研究通过对所在中医药院校的学生社区党建工作进行调研与分析,揭示现存问题,阐明构建具有校园文化特色的学生社区党建活动模式的重要意义,并提出具体的建设性意见,从而为高校的学生社区党建工作提供有益参考。Student community is the significant position for strengthening Party construction as well as ideological and political education of university students. Present working mode of party construction in student community should be improved to better serve the post-90s university students with strong personality. Bridging the gap between the post-90s and past generations, centralizing resources so that appealing brand ac- tivities can be brought out. This research reveals present problems through investigating and analyzing party construction in student community of traditional Chinese medicine university. Meanwhile, this study elaborates the critical meaning of building it with campus cultural features. Contributive suggestions are also provided to guide the party construction of other universities.
