摘　　要：目的以国外化妆品安全性信息为基础,了解国外化妆品安全性的现状及原因。方法对2015年5月—2016年5月期间收集到的80条国外化妆品安全信息,从通报国、原产国、产品分类、安全问题原因、通报时间分布进行分析。结果化学物质超标是国外化妆品安全性的主要原因;国外美白化妆品的召回数量较高,具有较高的风险;化妆品安全问题出现时间不具有明显的时间分布特征。结论监管部门和化妆品企业应密切关注对苯二酚等化学物质及美白化妆品的风险,同时关注我国产品在国外召回的信息及原因,确保消费者安全。Objective To understand the present situation and reasons of the safety of cosmetics in foreign countries based on the safety information of foreign cosmetics. Method To analyze the foreign cosmetics safety information which was collected during May 2015 and May 2016 from the country of notification, country of origin, product classification, security issues, reporting time distribution. Results Excessive chemicals are the main reasons for the safety of cosmetics abroad. There is a higher number for whitening cosmetics which was recalled in foreign coun- tries, and has a high risk. The emergence time of cosmetic safety issues does not have obvious time distribution characteristics. Conclusion The supervision department and cosmetics enterprises should pay close attention to the risk of chemical substances such as hydroquinone in whitening cosmetics, also pays attention to the information and reasons of China＇s foreign products recall, to ensure the safety of consumers.
