知识青年在内蒙古牧区基础教育发展中的积极作用初探

摘　　要：20世纪60、70年代,内蒙古锡林郭勒草原生产落后、信息闭塞、物质和文化生活比较艰苦。1964年开始,国内各地的大批知识青年到锡林郭勒盟牧区担任了代课教师和民办教师,工作在牧区教育第一线,为牧区的基础教育发展奉献出了自己的力量。本文着重分析在锡林郭勒地区上山下乡的知识青年在牧区的基本状况,总结知识青年上山下乡对锡林郭勒牧区教育事业的历史功绩。In the 1960s and 1970s, Xilingol League of Inner Mongolia was backward in production. There the information was unenlightened, and the material and cultural life was hard. From 1964, a large number of intellectual youth from urban areas began to be assigned to the pastoral area in Xilingol League, where they served as substitute teachers and citizen-managed teachers. After studying hard, they gradually became able to serve as Mongolian teachers, determined to take root in the grassland, devote themselves to the construction of the frontier, and work in the front line of the education so as to make a contribution to the education in the pastoral area. This essay is not affirming the rationality of the ＂Up to the Mountains and Down to the Countryside Movement＂, nor the wisdom of the decision makers, but focuses on an analy sis of the way the sent-down youth served the Xilingol region, summing up the historic feats they performed for the education in the pastoral erea in Xilingol.
