摘  要:以ARM Cortex-M0+处理器LPC11U68为核心,研制了一款多道脉冲幅度分析器。该多道脉冲幅度分析器采用多重反馈型2阶积分滤波成形电路,对峰值保持电路进行改进,引入智能化硬件——TFT触摸屏,利用USB2.0接口实现与PC端的通信,移植整合了μC/OS-II和μC/GUI。性能测试表明:该仪器配置GM26金硅面垒探测器,其能量分辨率为2.6%;道址—脉冲幅度线性相关系数为0.997;重复性、稳定性良好,峰漂小于0.4%。The multi- channel analyzer (MCA) adopted an ARM Cortex- M0 + based LPC11U68 mierocontroller as the controlling core was developed. Based on multi - feedback mechanism, the two - order filter was designed as the pulse shaping circuit of the MCA. Tile pulse peak - holding circuit and USB2.0 port were de- signed as well. In the develop process of intelligent hardware and software, the TFT Touch - Screen was used and the μC/OS- Ⅱ and μC/GUI were transplanted successfully into LPC11 U68. The performance test results showed that the energy resolution of the MCA configured with GM26 Au - Si surface barrier detector was 2.6%. The linear correlation coefficient between channel and pulse amplitude was 0. 997. The repeatability and stability were good, and the peak - shifting was less than 0.4%.
