摘  要:观察自主授课教学设计在中医耳鼻咽喉学的应用效果。选择2009年1月-2015年6月间期刊发表的自主授课教学文献为对照组,我们编制的中医耳鼻咽喉学教案及我校本科中医学专业两班学生为实验组。回顾调查文献中各学科的课程与课堂设计方案;现场调查中医耳鼻咽喉学教案的课程与课堂设计方案,问卷调查学生对该方案的评价。结果为对照组多学科的设计指标不全,实验组的各项设计指标完整;实验组学生对教案中的师生授课课次比、生师讲评时间比及每节有4名学生参加授课的方案表示赞同。To observe the application effect of curriculum and classroom designs in students self-learning teaching of Chinese traditional Otolaryngology. Methods: To choose the students self-teaching literature published during January 2009 - June 2015 as the control group, the teaching plan that we have already written on Otolaryngology of traditional Chinese medicine and the two classes TCM students in our university as the experimental group. Using the retrospective survey method obtained interdisciplinary courses and class design plans from the literature in control group; in the experimental group, using the field investigation method could get courses and class designs in the teaching plan of Otolar- yngology of traditional Chinese medicine and using questionnaire investigation can make the students' evaluations of the designs. As a result, curriculum and classroom design index of most of the subjects were not complete in the control group; The experimental group students were very agree the plan with the lecture number ratio of teachers and students, the time ratio of students teaching and teachers review and the staff ratio of having four students to attend lectures every time.
