摘 要:目的:探讨关联问题系统整合教学在呼吸科实习中的优势。方法:选择在呼吸科本科实习生,分成传统教学方法组和关联问题系统整合教学组,以肺心病教学查房为教学内容。观察实习后测验成绩以及师生的实习感受,比较两种模式。结果:关联问题系统整合教学组的专科及基础知识测验成绩均高于传统教学组;师生感觉教学过程吸引力、知识量优于传统模式。结论:关联问题系统整合教学模式在呼吸内科实习中比传统教学模式具有明显优势。Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of the respiratory practice with the problem related integrated learning. Methods: The respiratory practice interns were divided into two groups of traditional learning (control group) and problem related integrated learning (ex- perimental group). The course was Pulmonary heart disease. The testing of the medicos and the experiences of teaching and learning were comparing after practice. Results: Comparing with the control, the scores of the basic medical knowledge and respiratory professional knowl- edge were higher in the experimental group(P 〈 0.05), in addition the medicos felt the attraction of learning and got more integrated skills. Conclusion:Appllcation of problem related integrated learning was more valuable comparing with traditional skill in clinical practice of respirato- ry disease.
