摘　　要：采用调查问卷、访谈及专题小组的调查方法,选取长沙市两所公办、一所民办医学院校共544名临床医学生,了解其对医患现状的认知情况、择业观以及对医患沟通技巧等人文学科的重视度。课题研究结果在公民办院校、年级、性别不同方面体现了临床医学生对医患关系的重视度,获取医患信息的主动性、对改善医患紧张现状的建议及对医患纠纷的态度存在统计学差异。This study uses questionnaire, interview and expert panel to find out the students opinions on medical disputes, career choosing and doctor-patient communication, a total of 544 clinical medical students in Changsha city participated. The findings indicate a significant dif- ference between students in different schools, gender and school year.
