摘  要:目的探讨Ommaya囊并脑室外引流在丘脑出血破入脑室中的应用效果。方法纳入我院2013-01—2014-11确诊为高血压脑出血破入脑室患者100例,随机均分为2组,观察组50例采用Ommaya囊联合脑室外引流治疗,对照组50例只采用脑室外引流治疗。比较2组再出血率、并发症发生率和总体预后情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组再出血率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总体预后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ommaya囊联合脑室外引流能够合理控制颅内压,降低了再出血率,改善了患者的预后,减少了并发症,安全性高,疗效更好。Objective To investigate clinical effects of Ommaya sac combined with external ventricular drainage in the treatment of thalamic hemorrhage rupturing into ventricle of brain.Methods One-hundred patients diagnosed with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventricle of brain in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients in observation group received Ommaya sac combined with external ventricular drainage while another fifty patients in control group were treated by only external ventricular drainage.Re-bleeding rate,incidence of complications and the total prognosis between two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed lower both re-bleeding rate and incidence of complications and presented better total prognosis,all differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Ommaya sac combined with external ventricular drainage can rationally control cerebral blood pressure,reduce re-bleeding rate and incidence of complications and effectively improve prognosis with higher safety and better efficacy.
