摘  要:目的通过微弧氧化—硅烷偶联不同浓度抗菌肽KSL对钛片表面进行成骨细胞相容性检测和牙龈卟啉单胞菌抗菌性检测,评价其生物相容性及抗菌性。方法超声微弧氧化-碱处理-硅烷膜层为对照组(A组),载抗菌肽KSL 0.25 mg/ml(B组)、KSL 0.50 mg/ml(C组)、KSL 0.75mg/ml(D组)为实验组。扫描电镜观察试件表面形貌特征,CCK-8检测不同时间段细胞黏附及增殖情况,ALP检测不同时间段碱性磷酸酶活性,激光共聚焦显微镜观察试件表面的活死菌比例数。结果 CCK-8和ALP的检测结果显示四组材料表面的增殖、黏附和碱性磷酸酶活性顺序为D组>C组>B组>A组,四组的比较差异均具有统计学意义,激光共聚焦显微镜显示在有效杀菌浓度下抗菌肽KSL浓度越高抗菌效果越好。结论抗菌肽KSL涂层具有良好的生物相容性与抗菌性。Objective The tests on surface of titanium was for the osteoblasts compatibility and porphy- romonas gingivalis antimicrobial properties by the different concentrations of pure titanium by micro arc ox-idation silane coupling and antimicrobial peptide KSL, which evaluated its biocompatibility and antimicro- bial properties. Methods The ultrasonic micro- arc oxidation- alkali treatment- silane film was as control group (group A) and the experimental group contains the antimicrobial peptides KSL 0.25 mg/ml (group B), KSL 0. 50 mg/ml (group C), KSL 0. 75 mg/ml (group D ). Appearance characteristics of specimens were observed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). CCK 8 tested cell adhesion and proliferation in different time periods. ALP tested alkaline phosphatase activity in different time periods The number of proportion of living and dead bacteria was observed on the specimens by laser scanning confocal microscope. Result The testing on four groups in the CCK 8 and ALP indicate that the se- quence of proliferation, adhesion and alkaline phosphatase activity is group D 〉 group C 〉 group B 〉 group A, and the comparative difference of four groups possessed the statistics significance. The laser scanning confocal microscopy showed that the higher the antimicrobial peptide KSL concentration was, the better the antibacterial peptide KSL coating had good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties. Con- clusion The antimicrobial peptide KSL coating has good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties
